Okay there's a difference between images drawn with a program and one hand drawn. Shading and transition of colours. This shows none of those, so it is hand drawn.

Oh and these are hand drawn. I have no drawing software to use and if I did I still wouldn't use it.

Tino, it has none of the signs of a CG Pixel art. Those use different colours of quartz and single pixel elements in conjuntction with other to make "realistic" images. These are solid colour, and probably
