    I have an idea for a submission. What if in the 60-minute war, nations put all their knowledge in archives deep underground before the nations got destroyed? so when the survivors use the knowledge from those archives, but still use traction cities because the earth was MEDUSA'D. So traction cities would be larger but more advanced
