    it isn't stupid. it makes people build more things. that is one of the things that are always caused by a war. in a game or realyti .only in a game there are No casualtys ,only toxik people who then is declared another war on wich makes people build even more etc. it has the efect that there are many creations that are basicly trasch ,but also many super cool or in other ways good creations.
