Start to train 4000 elite troops, equip them with a new standard equipment, a musket, granades, a sword made of steel and 2 mortars for every 100 man squad.

Explain to the kingdom that they have an option, give us their natural resources at a discounted price and be semi free, or be subjucated under the Empire. If they do not accept and we loose contact with the troops we will mobilize an armed force to go and take over them.
