Start a massive anti-air and anti-ballistic missle program called the "Iron Dome" and have thousands of workers and builders build an impenetrable defense against nukes and also an early warning system. Have naval ships be committed to the system so that we can get warnings early if its from the west.

Have our economy be improved through trading with the sourrounding nations and also start buying some of the technology from the other nations so we can study and replicate it ourselfs if needed. Have more mines built in the mountains and start transitioning our army to be a professional one.
