The console command stops the polonium from melting. You can use the sign element to select it, then copy and enter it into the console. The turbine require heat and pressure to work. Click water coolant to fill up water and click neutron beam to start

Someday somebody will build a true reactor pile that controles fission by controlling neutron flux.

Lower the min temp for the temp warning light and make a setting to lower the rods automaticaly if the warning goes off.

Good job, a scram button would be nice though

Disaster3432 There is no meltdown button. I don't think it needs one.

v325 When you fully retract the rods, the reactor becomes a perfect neutron reflector, and this will cause an energy boost. This must be timed correctly, since if the reactor already increase in temperature, it might become too hot. You could try to replace the INSL pixels on the top of the ceramic part of the rods with with TTAN, so that the reactor still absorb some neutrons when the rods are fully retracted. It's impossible to spend all the fuel, there is always some green polonium at the top

It is very hard to control on late reaction stages: breif movement of rod may lead either to complete stop or meltdown :|

@Disaster3432 Just turn on neutron beam and wait :)
