Finally, @TNP99999, the first precise radar with both direction and ranging. @Public, This is a showcase of how a radar can be made. Works best in space but I want to shows you its downsides.

    A single burst of PROT is able to 100% mess up the system without setting off the DRAY bomb

    water vapor is a pretty good way to conceal a ship yeah it will get detected but if the ships had weapons they would probably already destroy the radar

    if you delete the toggle turrets sign there is a fray bomb.
