This is a remade version of the 'My Tiny Brain 2' system. It includes a lot more possible pathways to process information, some (yet to be increased) more regulatory mechanisms and a (theoretically) non-randomizing core unit and ganglia.

    Probably not. Ram capacity is not the worst part of it, it would require very complex electronics and very large space to make it store, process and compherend much information, as this current memory unit is a VERY approximative model. Also, a true learning brain would make new connections in response to the stimuli, while this one's structure is arbitrary, which means you have to add every possible pathway, and only the assignation of input to output will depend on the brain itself.
