    I also have Kevins Northern most motus deposit bombed out by 3 bombers. I order there to be daily flights over the area of the ocean Kevin could use to attack me (near the deposit) consisting of 1 bomber and 2 biplanes.

    Fine, I'll just cut off supply lines. I have a blockade formed around in the waters around my country. (The blockade cuts off trade to the province by using 2 cruisers and 1 harpooner)
