asthepanda3 22nd Jul 2016If there isn't anything there I'll just have those patrols bombe the ship. I up the patrol to 2 bombers and 5 biplanes escorting 1 harpooner and 3 cruisers. I no longer need the blockade near the province since this works the same way.
