    Voyager15: Just use some plutonium pacemakers and smoke detectors. A teenager did it and created a mini nuclear reactor in his backyard! He can do it, and so can you! (If you want to radiate 1,000x the normal background radiation to every house within a 10 km. radius of your house.)
