    The other reaction, the one beside the jar.. it leaks. When the moment of fusion comes into play it seems that things begin to leak for that chamber.

    The yellow phot is because there is only HYGN -> NBLE fusion present. That fusion releases red/yellow photons, NBLE -> CO2 releases more colors, and CO2 absorbes the phot anyway so they aren't seen nearly as intensely and the plsm glow dominates.
