    Also, why is there no NTCT/PTCT, seems like those work exceptionally well for armor against slow lumbering lava-flows.

    11 with even smaller new version, though fusion ceased about half way in.

    Got 11 with my Castle Bravo 2... BTW, I agree with Box-Poorsoft amd Soap, BOMB, DEST, SING and THDR (lulwatTHDRdoesn'tevendomuchdamage) should be allowed because of DMND and VOID. You could perhaps change the last 2 elements with alloys, or constantly sparked INWR.
