    Yeah, the not gate is an and gate, I tested it. I wouldn't go putting in tiniest logic gates in your title either, because I made some small ones, and so did others.

    Shriek, the NOT gate outputs if there is 1 or more inputs, the AND only output if the 2 inputs are true.
